Qigong

I remember buying a book about Qigong and one about Aikido at the beachside bookstore years ago when I was on summer vacation. At that time, I was unaware that both of these books introduced me to the energies that would enter my life in the future. They were just subjects that I would study with pleasure during the summer vacation.

The book was written by Dr. Master Sha. I had never heard of Master Sha until then. In the book, energy systems and healing methods based on imagination and numerology were explained. After I finished this book, It disappeared. Interestingly, I haven't come across it in any bookstore or on the internet since then.

When I completed my Reiki II training, I started meeting with a friend living in America. We exchanged views with him on some business issues. As the subject progressed, a business visit to San Francisco, where my friend was living, began to seem quite logical. The preparations for the trip were completed and after a miraculous journey, I flew to SF 15,000 km away and landed.

My friend, who was a great hospitable, welcomed me and dropped me off at his hotel in one of the world's most beautiful cities, which I did not know completely. On the first day, I rested to relieve the road fatigue, and When I woke up the next day I was ready for adventure. On a sunny San Francisco Sunday morning, while walking down the wide streets towards the beach and admiring the magnificent view of the city and the Golden Gate bridge, I was being introduced a new world, I was in a good mood.

When I rested until the evening and set off again in the evening, this time I turned my back to the beach and started walking. I had only taken 20 steps when my eyes caught a familiar face and name in a book exhibition in front of a window. Master Sha's books. What I thought was a bookstore at first was one of Qigong Grand Master Sha's 8 healing centers in America!

I suddenly felt like I had woken up from a dream. Blinking my eyes, my mind was blocked as it could not calculate the changes of such a coincidence. Before my Reiki training, the possibility of appearing in front of me the moment I stepped into America 15,000 km away with master, whose book I bought from a summer bookstore, was ZERO. And I entered the healing center hypnotized.

When I explained my situation to the masters I met there. They invited me without hesitation, we drank tea and chatted. When I mentioned Mevlana and Levh-i Mahfuz, the manager of the healing center commented, "You didn't come here for nothing, it's not a coincidence". I was sure I was in a dream. But everything was so real and so incredible.

Being initiated by the guides at the healing center is again one of the miraculous gifts of Reiki. I lovingly accepted.

I can see that my path to Life in the Flow has been facilitated in my conversion from America to Anatolia, the land of the saints.

At the same time, I was seeing the material equivalents of spiritual changes in my business life. The way I communicated with the staff and customers in my company had changed. The income stream was regular and sufficient, supporting my spiritual development. Also, I wasn't worried. Matter and Meaning was evolving simultaneously.

  Reiki Levh-i Mahfuz, mentions Reiki in its 18th chapter. Reiki, "How did Jesus perform healing miracles?" Life In Flow - 5

  Yoga I started researching how to convert the energy I gained through breathing into physical activity. I tried individual sports like walking, jogging and cycling at the time. These sports are both useful and I knew I was good at them. However, I was past the age to do cardio sports. After a while I was starting to struggle. I needed an activity, preferably individual, that I could pursue in summer and winter. I came across Kurt Johnsen's Power Yoga series on satellite broadcast. Johnsen was teaching asana for 45 minutes, blending yoga and breathing and guiding him with a calm voice. I had a hard time when I first started. I remember sweat dripping from my forehead as I did the seemingly easy movements. Still, I found the energy inside me to continue every day with my new frequency. Life In Flow - 8

The Call of Sipil Mountain Years ago, my wife and I had a habit of visiting many villages around Izmir. The greenery of the Aegean, the mountains and the friendly people of the villages turned these journeys into enjoyable adventures. While we were breathing the fresh air of every place we went on weekends, we found a lot to discover in the village markets where natural products were sold. The coffee houses in the center of each village were especially the best places for us to taste local delicacies. During one of these trips, we also visited the village of Sipil Beşpınar. In the meantime, the clear air and vibrant colorful nature of the region, which is also caused by the altitude of over a thousand meters, seemed completely different to me. In those landscapes, I always remembered a mystical valley illuminated by the sun before my eyes.
