Reiki

Levh-i Mahfuz, mentions Reiki in its 18th chapter. Reiki, "How did Jesus perform healing miracles?" We learn that it was a science gifted to Master Mikao Usui, who asked the question, during his seclusion in Japan's Kurama Mountain in1920. Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words. Rei – means “Wisdom of God, Divine Power, Essence Source”. Ki – means “Life Energy”. Reiki - means Divine Life Energy, Universal Life Energy, Life Energy from the Essence Source.

Although Reiki was a foreign concept to me in the beginning, I chose to reconsider my limited religious thinking and move forward with Reiki. Not immediately, it took me a while to digest. A few years later I was inspired to find a Reiki master. After made a decision, I found my Reiki Energy trainer, Onder Ergin, within minutes and we came together in a very short time. There was direction again, and I was lucky not to miss a Divine appointment.

The first question my Reiki instructor asked me was my profession. When I said I was an "Engineer", I remember very well, him saying  "don't do it!" . Of course, a student who seemed to have an analytical brain in an area that required depth in the right part of the brain made my instructor unhappy :)... Regardless, when he saw my willingness, he humbly agreed to train me. I am grateful to my Master Onder for enabling me to open my doors to the Spiritual dimension in such an extraordinary field.

Personal studies are carried out with the guidance of the Reiki master. A person should be thoroughly prepared before embarking on an inner world journey. Just like when we go on a trip after making sure that the road we are headed towards is clear and safe. Inner purification continues with auto-hypnosis and energy body work. In the meantime, with the guidance of Reiki, you begin to move to a new frequency. Feelings and perceptions that you have not noticed before are opened in your body. To be safe, willingness based on pure intent and love is essential.

As a result of two years of training and evolution, I will briefly summarize the Reiki subject here, I can say that my energy body awareness progressed beyond normal when I received my Reiki mastery. With the permission of the Higher-Self, I could perceive the moods, intentions, and sometimes the past of the people in front of me. This is normal for those on the path to Reiki.

It would not be meaningful to explain too much in this area to people who have not received any special training about Reiki. I can only clearly state that with the permission of Allah, Reiki works in the spiritual field and facilitates the miracles of life.

  Yoga I started researching how to convert the energy I gained through breathing into physical activity. I tried individual sports like walking, jogging and cycling at the time. These sports are both useful and I knew I was good at them. However, I was past the age to do cardio sports. After a while I was starting to struggle. Johnsen was teaching asana for 45 minutes, blending yoga and breathing and guiding him with a calm voice. I had a hard time when I first started. I remember sweat dripping from my forehead as I did the seemingly easy movements. Still, I found the energy inside me to continue every day with my new frequency. Life In Flow - 8

The Call of Sipil Mountain Years ago, my wife and I had a habit of visiting many villages around Izmir. The greenery of the Aegean, the mountains and the friendly people of the villages turned these journeys into enjoyable adventures. While we were breathing the fresh air of every place we went on weekends, we found a lot to discover in the village markets where natural products were sold. The coffee houses in the center of each village were especially the best places for us to taste local delicacies. During one of these trips, we also visited the village of Sipil Beşpınar. In the meantime, the clear air and vibrant colorful nature of the region, which is also caused by the altitude of over a thousand meters, seemed completely different to me. In those landscapes, I always remembered a mystical valley illuminated by the sun before my eyes.
