Theta Healing DNA Activation While experiencing many surprising events, I could see the identity of the healer that had been defined to me become clear. This is a period where different roles are intertwined for me. On the one hand, I was a businessman who traded within the capitalist system, an engineer doing R&D, and on the other hand, a healer who communicated the existence of the energy of love to his surroundings. The interesting thing is that when they learned about my identity as a healer in my work environment, I got support, I don't remember people being strange. The experiences of Reiki and Qigong were profoundly and irreversibly changing my identity, like a painstaking surgical operation. On the other hand, these changes came naturally to me and I knew that I was moving forward with my choices. Something that had been in me since I was born was gracefully coming out. It was as if I was learning an unspoken language I did not know from compassionate teachers. I was a ...

The Call of Sipil Mountain Years ago, my wife and I had a habit of visiting many villages around Izmir. The greenery of the Aegean, the mountains and the friendly people of the villages turned these journeys into enjoyable adventures. While we were breathing the fresh air of every place we went on weekends, we found a lot to discover in the village markets where natural products were sold. The coffee houses in the center of each village were especially the best places for us to taste local delicacies. During one of these trips, we also visited the village of Sipil Beşpınar. In the meantime, the clear air and vibrant colorful nature of the region, which is also caused by the altitude of over a thousand meters, seemed completely different to me. In those landscapes, I always remembered a mystical valley illuminated by the sun before my eyes. When I returned from my trip to America, I began to experience different states that I could not explain. Normally I had nothing to complain about. ...

Qigong I remember buying a book about Qigong and one about Aikido at the beachside bookstore years ago when I was on summer vacation. At that time, I was unaware that both of these books introduced me to the energies that would enter my life in the future. They were just subjects that I would study with pleasure during the summer vacation. The book was written by Dr. Master Sha. I had never heard of Master Sha until then. In the book, energy systems and healing methods based on imagination and numerology were explained. After I finished this book, It disappeared. Interestingly, I haven't come across it in any bookstore or on the internet since then. When I completed my Reiki II training, I started meeting with a friend living in America. We exchanged views with him on some business issues. As the subject progressed, a business visit to San Francisco, where my friend was living, began to seem quite logical. The preparations for the trip were completed and after a miraculous journey,...

Reiki Levh-i Mahfuz, mentions Reiki in its 18th chapter. Reiki, "How did Jesus perform healing miracles?" We learn that it was a science gifted to Master Mikao Usui, who asked the question, during his seclusion in Japan's Kurama Mountain in1920. Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words. Rei – means “Wisdom of God, Divine Power, Essence Source”. Ki – means “Life Energy”. Reiki - means Divine Life Energy, Universal Life Energy, Life Energy from the Essence Source. Although Reiki was a foreign concept to me in the beginning, I chose to reconsider my limited religious thinking and move forward with Reiki. Not immediately, it took me a while to digest. A few years later I was inspired to find a Reiki master. After made a decision, I found my Reiki Energy trainer, Onder Ergin, within minutes and we came together in a very short time. There was direction again, and I was lucky not to miss a Divine appointment. The first question my Reiki instructor asked me was my professi...

Yoga I started researching how to convert the energy I gained through breathing into physical activity. I tried individual sports like walking, jogging and cycling at the time. These sports are both useful and I knew I was good at them. However, I was past the age to do cardio sports. After a while I was starting to struggle. I needed an activity, preferably individual, that I could pursue in summer and winter. I came across Kurt Johnsen's Power Yoga series on satellite broadcast. Johnsen was teaching asana for 45 minutes, blending yoga and breathing and guiding him with a calm voice. I had a hard time when I first started. I remember sweat dripping from my forehead as I did the seemingly easy movements. Still, I found the energy inside me to continue every day with my new frequency. Afterwards, with 90 days of work that would allow me to lose 15 kilos, I observed that not only did I lose weight, but also that my calmness increased. Now yoga has become a part of my life. It is sa...

Levh-i Mahfuz In one of my individual breathing sessions, Ms. Umay mentioned that a young person named Burak Özdemir is a channel and writes a spiritual book. Levh-i Mahfuz. I remember the day I heard the name of this book. It was a rainy day, but without hesitation, I ran to the street where the bookstores were. It was as if I went into a trance when I heard that name. I was not expecting a thousand-page book when I asked about the book in a few bookstores and finally found it. But with its glossy cover and design, it was like a treasure trove. I didn't  just read a 1,000-page book in 10 nights, I really absored it. The root Islamic codes in me have been reshaped. Faulty codes that hindered my freedom of thought were removed. The seeds of a brand new Islam supported by a thousand verses of the Qur'an were planted. My brain was shaken. Hearing the answers to my unrequited questions from the voice of the Truth, returning home and knowing that unconditional love does not judge bu...

Transformal Breath I have always felt the help of a secret guide in my life. In the most difficult moments, an invisible hand would intervene and things would work out. While searching my mind with this question and confusion, I caught my eye on the Book of Deep Breathing Stay Joy - Transformational Breathing (Judith Kravitz) at a bookstore. I took it and got excited at first sight. The book's simple explanation of this technique developed in United States caught my attention. When I came to the last pages of the book, the regrets in my thoughts turned into astonishment when I learned that there are breathing coaches in Turkey. They also had centers in Izmir. I immediately contacted with the miraculous information descending from fifteen thousand kilometers to fifteen kilometers and the excitement of reaching the application. We met beautiful people, Semra Bakioğlu and Umay Karabece coaches, and after the chat session was over, I entered my first breathing session. It was… it was ...
